ANN ARBOR, Mich., October 12, 2006- Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Mechanical Simulation Corporation has opened a new office in Darmstadt, Germany, to serve the European market.

According to President Terry Rhoades, the new location offers technical support in the application of Mechanical Simulation’s vehicle dynamics software products, including CarSim® for simulating the dynamic behavior of cars, light trucks and utility vehicles. In addition, the office will support the application of TruckSim® for simulating heavy-duty vehicles with dual wheels, asymmetric steering systems, multiple axles and single or multiple trailers, and BikeSim®, vehicle dynamics software for simulating motorcycle behavior under a wide range of rider inputs.

“This office in Germany will service all our European customers, as well as providing a foundation for building a larger customer base in this region,” Rhoades said. “In addition to supporting our programs, the office will also offer a centralized location for training seminars and customer meetings.”
